In a wonderful location on a vineyard, near the town of Icod de los Vinos, centrally located on the north coast of the Spanish Canary Island of Tenerife, we offer our guests 4 holiday apartments for rent.
With great attention to detail, we designed the 4 holiday apartments to be stylish and yet cozy in the style and atmosphere of the music genres and the terraces, which are spread freely across the vineyard, also fit in with the music.
We also focus a little on sustainability and, for example, use our washing and shower water in the cistern (75,000 liters) for garden irrigation, have a photovoltaic system in operation and the waste water goes into an oxidation tank and not, as is usually the case, just into a hole in the tank Earth. When in 2023 the outdoor areas for guests are all as we want them to be, attention will be paid to vegetables and fruits in the almost 5,000 m2 finca and cultivation will be pushed forward - but always poco a poco as the neighbors here say.

Our apartments
Designed in different styles of music genres: jazz, classical, flamenco and pop.
All apartments have a separate bedroom with a double bed, living room with kitchenette and dining area as well as a sofa bed for 3 or 4 people, with the following amenities:
- fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with convection oven, refrigerator with freezer,
- Coffee machine, espresso maker, toaster, kettle, hand blender
- Pot set, pans and kitchen utensils
- Bathroom with shower
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are of course provided
- Central heating for the few cold days that can occur in winter
- Air conditioning for cooling, heating and drying for those few uncomfortable days
- Washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry room
- Iron, hairdryer, Bluetooth mini system (so you can listen to your own music from your cell phone)
Wifi/WLAN and of course TV

We also offer cooperation with service providers from rental car providers to excursions, catering of all kinds (from breakfast to party service), cooking courses, guided hikes, on-site wellness, and many other exciting leisure activities.

Given our fantastic location, a rental car is more of a requirement than an option and the last one and a half kilometers are a bit of an adventure for guests who are used to German roads. But fabulous views of the sea and the coast, as well as the Teide, quickly make up for this.
And at the latest in a hanging chair with a glass of wine or with new or brought friends in the Barbacoa (our very cozy barbecue hut) the stress of everyday life is forgotten.
Our terraces and views
Like the house, our terraces were renovated or completely redesigned from 2021 to 2023 and were enriched with a jacuzzi, a sauna and a pool to cool off on hot days. There are also other retreat points - relaxation areas on the property, which are equipped with a variety of seating and lying options, as well as other small details.

Pets allowed - €5 per night - from 2 weeks flat rate €75
For short stays of up to 3 nights plus a flat rate for short stay/final cleaning of €50
Check-in - possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - depending on arrangement and occupancy, this can vary.
